What You Get
$34–40/hr, real W-2
Based on experience. A real W-2 paycheck, not cash, not 1099.
Flexible scheduling
We book you 3–5 days ahead around your availability, typically 1–3 days/week and growing.
Weekly performance bonuses
Do clean work, earn the review, get paid for it every week.
$500 tool credit line
After 90 days on the crew.
You never chase work
We handle all marketing, booking, and customers. You show up and do the job.
Local radius only
Middlesex County. No long hauls.
Ground-floor spot
A path to more days and lead tech as we expand.
What We Need
- 3+ years hands-on: drywall, doors, fixtures, basic plumbing swaps, carpentry, TV mounts
- Own truck & tools (rate reflects vehicle allowance)
- Clean driver's license, able to pass a background check, authorized to work in the US
- Professional with homeowners, takes pride in 5-star reviews
